Yesterday, the management of the Ludwigshafen site,
Dr Konstantin Panagiotidis and Simone Baum, together with Works Council Chairwoman Kathrin Raßloff, handed over a donation of € 250.00 to Hospice Director Rolf Kieninger and authorised signatory Irmgard Fleck.
ICL Fertilizers is involved in the neighbourhood where employees live and work. In particular, local associations and selected institutions are supported.
Amsterdam Fertilizers Deutschland OHG was founded in 1987 and took over the fertiliser activities of the former Giulini Chemie GmbH in Ludwigshafen in the same year. The Giulini company had already existed in Ludwigshafen since 1904. On 1 January 2009, production and sales were transferred to the newly founded ICL Fertilizers Deutschland GmbH.
ICL Fertilisers Deutschland GmbH currently employs around 65 people
The Elias Hospice is particularly pleased as ICL has already made repeated donations. Dr Konstantin Panagiotidis pledged his continued support and will do so before Christmas this year.
